Refund policy

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with her purchase, she can return the purchased products within 7 days from the delivery date

Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions: 

1. An incorrect size or product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email

2. If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. If you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please do photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging.

3. If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 3 days of delivery with the following information: - 
Order number - Delivery address - Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item, indicating the reason.

4. You may contact us via email at crm@piar.in or call our customer care at +91 98206 07522 from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST). We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours. 

5. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns.

6. Please note that products that have been customized for any specification will not be eligible for a replacement or return.

7. Products must be returned in the same condition they were received, i.e. in perfect condition, complete with all parts, unused, with the original packaging and any included labels and tags still attached to the products. Returned products will be received and checked that they have been returned intact; to this purpose, it is highly recommended to use the original packaging of the products plus further protective packaging that will keep it intact and protect it from writing or labels.

8. Shipping receipts must be kept for future reference.

Exchange for Size

If you would like a different size in the same style of clothing that you have purchased, you will need to go through the following steps:

  1. Contact us to schedule a reverse pickup.
    Once the unused product is received at our end, we will issue you a credit note (after deducting the applicable shipping charges).
  2.  You can then use the credit note to place a new order and choose the correct size.
  3.  Please note that size exchanges will not be possible if the product is purchased during a period of special pricing.

 

Receipt of Credit Note 

  • Once our team conducts a quality check at our warehouse, we will offer you a credit note within 2 working days
  • We offer credit notes only.
  • If your purchase is eligible for a free return or exchange as explained above, the credit note will also include the proportionate shipping charge.
  • The credit note will be valid for a year from the date of issuance, and can be redeemed online.

Exchange of damaged, non-compliant or incorrect product:

This is the only condition under which a customer may receive a refund.

  1. If the received products are damaged, non-compliant or incorrect, you may apply for a refund or replacement of the purchased products within 3 days from the date the order was received. 
  1. To request a refund or replacement, simply follow the instructions provided in the "Return Request" paragraph above, indicating the reason (damaged, non-compliant, incorrect products), the type of request (refund or replacement) and attach one or more images of the product that clearly show the defect. On completing the procedure, you will receive a confirmation email containing the Return Form and relative instructions on how to proceed. 
  1. We reserve the right to refund or replace damaged products after conducting all quality controls to assess actual non-conformities.
  2.  On ascertaining such nonconformity, we will effect a refund or replace the damaged product with an equivalent one. 
  1. The Customer will receive a refund for the amount paid for the damaged product and the shipping costs initially paid at the time of purchase. 
  1. On calculating the amount, the above refund will be effected using the same means of payment used to make the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, paypal etc) or by bank transfer. 
  1. If the Customer wishes to exchange the product with an equivalent one, replacement may take place within 7 working days from the date it arrives at the warehouse, depending on available stock. 
  1. Our Customer Care service will contact the Customer directly if no replacement products are available at the warehouse and proceed for a refund if needed.
